Q: How long does tile adhesive take to be ready for use after mixing?
A: Normally we mix tile adhesive powder with water and stir it for 3-5 minutes. Let it stay still for 5 minutes and stir it again. Then it is ready for use.
Q: Why shall the mixture stay still for a while before use?
A: For one thing, that can let air come out which is added while stiring. For another, it gives tile bonding powder enough time to react with water and increase bonding power to maximum leve.
Q: When shall the mixture be used up after mixing?
A: Under standard situation (20 degrees Celsius, 50% air humidity), operating time could be around 3 hours. But in windy and hot weather, this period of time will be shorter. We recommend to finish it within 1 hour after mixing.
