A: Once tile bonding material is smeared on base surface, it dries out soon and tiles must be fixed on it as soon as possible. Normally this procedure must be done within 20 minutes, before the mixture crusts on surface. But in windy and hot weather, this period of time will be greatly shortened. Once bonding mixture starts crusting, it will greatly affect the bonding strength.

Q: When can we adjust bonding position without affecting bonding strength?

A: We can reposition tiles within 30 minutes after they are fixed on bonding agent. bonding strength will be reduced if we adjust tiles after 30 minutes.
